Now to the amazing food from the Dover Sole (off menu item) to the Wagyu Ribeye. Expertly prepared, absolutely amazing and to top it off - the Bananas Foster Martini (WOW)! The restaurant lived up to the expectations!"

"It's been YEARS since we've had such an incredible dining experience, all around. This is exactly what dining dreams are made of. From the minute we walked in the door, every staff member knew our names, and our allergies and greeted us with smiles. The cocktails and wine selection were top-notch. Every piece of food was cooked to perfection and presented in an amazing way. If the culinary team is executing at that level during an incredibly busy holiday weekend, my guess is that they have it down to a science. Thank you for an excellent evening."

Salt offers two private dining experiences

The beautiful Atlantic room features sweeping ocean views and access to a private terrace with fire towers creating an ideal pre-event venue. It comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests.

The Seaview terrace is a new addition to Salt offering unparalleled al fresco dining with the addition of a new coastal pergola. With dramatic ocean views and a wall of greenery, the terrace offers a year-round space for up to 20 guests, providing the perfect setting to enjoy Amelia Island's sunsets.

Salt Restaurant announces a new era in fine dining

After two decades as North Florida's premier fine dining restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island unveils the newly transformed Salt Restaurant on January 7th, 2025. The redesign showcases an entirely new look and feel with a re-imagined dining room, expanded lounge and the addition of an ocean view coastal pergola for al fresco dining.
