    "It's been YEARS since we've had such an incredible dining experience, all around. This is exactly what dining dreams are made of. From the minute we walked in the door, every staff member knew our names, and our allergies and greeted us with smiles. The cocktails and wine selection were top-notch. Every piece of food was cooked to perfection and presented in an amazing way.       Seaview Terrace: A new addition, the terrace makes Salt one of the finest rooftop restaurants Florida has to offer, with unparalleled al fresco dining and a coastal pergola. With dramatic ocean views, the Seaview Terrace provides a year-round space for up to 20 guests, perfect for enjoying Amelia Island's sunsets. Please note that the Seaview Terrace is reserved exclusively for private dining experiences.
